ZhengzhouChengyuDedaHotelopeneditsdoorsonSeptember28,2006.InAugust2009,itwasratedasa“five-startouristhotel”bytheNationalTourismAdministration.Itisalsothefirstfive-starhotelinHenanProvinceinthecounty-levelcity.Thehotelhas214rooms(sets)ofvarioustypesofrooms,withChineseandWesternrestaurantsandself-servicecafes,totalingmorethan1,000seats;7largeandsmallmeetingroomsandthemostfashionableEgyptianstylebathingcenterintheregion. RelyingontraditionalChineseculture,ZhengzhouChengyuDedaHotelisbasedontheuniquecorporateculture“HoudeCulture,InnerShengwaiWang”andbuildsa“DearLovedFamily”servicebrandthatiswell-knowninHenanhotelindustry.Intheprocessofhoteldevelopment,wehavebeencommittedtotheconstructionoftheservicestandardizationsystem.WehavepassedtheacceptanceofthefirstbatchofZhengzhoutourismstandardizationdemonstrationunitsandtheHenanProvincialTourismStandardizationDemonstrationUnit,andpassedHenanProvinceforthreeconsecutiveyearsin2011,2014and2018respectively.Theinspectionandacceptanceofthe“HenanProvinceServiceStandardization”pilotunitoftheQualitySupervisionBureauisalsothefirstunitinthehotelindustryinHenanProvincetoreceivethistitle.In2018,ZhengzhouChengyuDedaHotelhassuccessfullyappliedforthe“NationalServiceStandardizationPilotUnit”. Sincetheopeningofthehotel,ithasgraduallyformedseveraluniquecharacteristicssuchas“doingthingswiththeheart,doingthingswiththeday”,“ceremonialtraining”and“checkingmechanism”.Eachyear,morethan100domesticandforeigncounterpartsareinvitedtovisitthestore. Thehotellobbyhasastrongartisticatmosphere,andvariousraretreasuresarepubliclydisplayed.ThefamousartistYingYingwen’sthousandhandsGuanyinhaswonthe“TiangongAward”,thehighestawardofChineseart,asoneofthenationaltreasuresofChinaatthe2010ShanghaiWorldExpo.Out.WesternSansheng,QiangongBabuBed,EmeraldFuLushouSamsung,allkindsofgoldensilkNanmufurniture,freehandwoodcarving,Shoushanstonecarving,etc.,makepeoplefeelliketheyareinthehistorymuseum.
